If you’re a senior who is serious about sports, nothing tells your story quite like taking the field solo where you played all through high school. Senior portraits on your school field are a great way to tell your story! Clayton’s Jupiter baseball senior portraits are a perfect example!
Clayton is a member of the JCS Class of 2020. This class is so special to me. They’re the first class I captured kindergarten graduation portraits for. Clayton and nine of his classmates from that kindergarten class are still together, and graduating this year together from Jupiter Christian School. What a story!
I have loved watching Clayton play sports for all of these years, and I was so very excited to collaborate with him on a session that showcased his love for the game. He’s pretty serious about baseball – he’s played with the Eagles for the last 7 years. He is their catcher, and he is fierce! Clayton will be continuing his baseball career with Wheaton College in the fall.
Rogers Hornsby said, “People ask me what I do in winter when there’s no baseball. I’ll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.” That’s much of what Clayton’s high school story has been. Waiting for spring…
I loved working with Clayton to capture his baseball story, but his session on the ball field was only the first part of his story. Stay tuned for Part 2 when we cruise over to the Jupiter Inlet for a coastal Florida-inspired shoot. So! Much! Fun!
In the meantime, are you inspired by Clayton’s Jupiter baseball senior portraits? I would love to help you create a session that is uniquely “you”. Will we visit your school sports field? I can’t wait to tell your story.
