Family Moments
Cam’s senior portrait session was exactly what my most favorite sessions are – a memory that he created with his parents. Long after he has left for college and even graduated from university, his mom will remember more than just the portraits that we made that day. She won’t just remember how handsome he was in his tuxedo jacket, or what shirt he chose to wear on the beach.
She’ll remember standing next to Cam’s dad and looking at their son and thinking, “Wow. We did it. He’ll be graduating soon.”
And she’ll have the images I captured of the three of them together, triumphant and happy and (if we’re honest) a little bit sad that his school years were swiftly coming to an end.
But these portraits – she will have them forever. And Cam gave me some great ones.
Sports Portraits
Cam plays lacrosse for the JCS Eagles. So we wanted to showcase that as a part of his senior story. (I love the image of his mom and dad leaning against the wall, carrying his lacrosse equipment as we switched between jerseys).
Beach Portraits
Then, of course, since we’re so close, we headed over to Juno Beach (one of my favorites) for some beach senior and family portraits. We are so blessed to live this close to the ocean, and so many of my seniors choose it as a backdrop for their senior stories. I love it!
We finished off Cam’s senior story session at the Juno Dunes Natural Area and a quick family hug. I love this sweet family, and I’m so glad I got the chance to record this memory.
