Planning for Exotic Worth Avenue Senior Portraits

I was so excited in the weeks leading up to Karina’s senior story session. Collaborating with her was so much fun! She had a very specific vision for her senior story images, and I was super excited to help her bring it to life. Her senior story was exotic and unique and I was so thrilled to get to be a part of it.

Karina knew she wanted exotic Worth Avenue senior portraits. This shopping destination in Palm Beach, Florida, is such a beautiful location. The iconic South Florida architecture is interspersed with lush tropical flora, and it makes for amazing portrait backdrops. It’s one of my favorite places to shoot, for sure!

Worth Avenue is a gorgeous location, but the beauty of this Palm Beach promenade really only serves as a backdrop to showcase the absolute stunning beauty that Karina brought to this session.

Traditional Princess

Karina wanted to split up her senior story into two very distinct chapters. For the first section, she wanted to represent her family’s heritage with her clothing choice. And she. was. GORGEOUS!

We had so much fun with the skirt, twirling and laughing and striking poses. The purpose of a senior story session is to capture amazing portraits, but I try to make sure it’s 100% FUN. Karina’s certainly was!

Karina was thrilled with her senior images, too. When she shared her favorites to her Insta feed, she captioned them, “Thank you, Traci, for making me look like a pretty princess!”

Contemporary and Fun

Karina brought along a second outfit. I LOVE this! A lot of my seniors ask, “How many outfits can I bring to my session?” My response? “As many as you can change into before the sun goes down!”

I loved that Karina’s second outfit matched her graduation cap and gown. Cap and gown portraits are a really fun way to capture part of your senior story, and Karina rocked hers!
