Lane is a senior who loves South Florida living. Put him in a boat with a fishing line and he’s a happy camper. So casual Jupiter Beach senior portraits were the perfect way to capture his senior story. His session was SO MUCH FUN and I loved how his images turned out.
Casual Jupiter Beach Senior Portraits
Jupiter Beach is one of my favorite locations for shooting senior portraits. It offers plenty of options for natural backdrops to showcase your senior story. Of course, the wide strip of sandy beach is gorgeous. But I also love the visual interest that is available in the wooden bridges, the rockly inlet and the grace of the Dubois Pioneer Home.
I was especially excited to get to collaborate with Lane for senior portraits. I’ve captured a lot of school memories for his family over the years, especially on the sports fields. I was privileged to get to create his older brother’s senior portraits just a couple of years ago. So this senior session was really special.
Jupiter Inlet Senior Portraits
We started at the Pioneer Home (love that front porch and the aged wooden steps leading up to the house). But what we were most excited to capture were those rocky, sandy beach images, so it didn’t take us long to head over to the ocean side of the park.
Behind the Scenes
I love that Lane’s senior session was a family event. He brought his mom and dad, and even his girlfriend stepped in to film some behind the scenes action for us. Behind the scenes videos crack me up – but they show how hard I try to get into place for the perfect shot. I’ll hang onto a metal fence by my ankles, or climb over slippery beach rocks in my Converse tennis shoes. But I will get that shot, y’all!
