Nico is the kind of senior that makes me happy to have a camera around. His MacArthur Beach senior portrait session was the epic sort of enjoyable that I want to have every day and twice on Sunday. His dad came along and was that ever fun?!
Sports Portraits
Nico plays soccer and football, and so we wanted to capture a hint of those interests in his personalized senior story session. But he’s graduating from high school in South Florida, so it was important to his family to showcase that part of his history as well. MacArthur Park Beach, just north of Singer Island in North Palm Beach was the perfect place to serve as a canvas for those elements of his story.
I tell my seniors, “I’ll go wherever you want for portraits. I’ll showcase whatever personality quirk or interest you want to show.” But I have to tell you, when I get to spend an evening watching the sun go down over the Intracoastal Waterway and then the Atlantic Ocean in a park like MacArthur Beach, I’m especially happy to click away. LOVE!
Nico’s session was super fun for me, also, because I’ve enjoyed cheering at all of his football games and soccer matches – the only thing I love more than a personalized senior story session is high school sports photography. I love the action – love the fans – love the cheers – love the stories!
Graduation Portraits
I was also very pleased to be able to capture stylized graduation images for Nico at his commencement ceremony. Thanks, Nico, for sharing your story with me! I so thoroughly enjoyed your session, and I will miss watching your games. The very best of luck as you start a new chapter in college.
